Other new features include footrests that swing out and align by the side of the wheelchair when it is time to transfer. | A lightweight crash tested wheelchair with attendant brakes | To the rear of the chair, the attendant brakes can be used for added control when slowing or stopping the wheelchair. When you want to store or transport the chair, the rear wheels are quick release and the half folding back makes it very compact. | Designed for users up to 18 stone in weight, the Karma Star 2 is available in either a 16" or 18" seat width and comes with plastic side skirts to prevent the user's clothing from getting close to the wheel
